By the way, I&#039;d forgotten the signs on Goyang construction sites proclaiming it one of the ten most dynamic cities in the world.  I couldn&#039;t quite see it - yes, it&#039;s growing at a rapid pace, but it doesn&#039;t seem to me to have a real city character.  That probably has a lot to do with my own perception of what a city should include: an easily distinguishable center with food, entertainment, places to congregate outside, and easy accessibility.
