					<description><![CDATA[But I say if it gets you into the pool for some exercise then it&#039;s worth it (at least once in a while).  I always feel much better if I&#039;m a bit heavy but getting regular exercise than if I&#039;m lighter but not active.  And feeling good beats looking good most of the time.]]></description>

At a restaurant he will concentrate on the meat and other expensive things; I eat what I want, even if it includes the cheaper parts like bread and salad.  Though I must admit he&#039;s probably eating what he wants, too.  :)]]></description>
