It IS Swedish, but Joseph is extrapolating, thinking that the teens have the word for “ten” at the end, whereas it’s actually a bit different. What he’s saying is what he wrote to Jonathan as his guesses for the numbers, which Jonathan says is quite accurate, except for the ten-teen difference.

It’s some language where in numbers like 17, the “ten” comes after the “seven.” But I haven’t been able to transcribe “atta djo” into something Google can help me with.
